Payment can be made in one or more installments, depending on the arrangement you make with the Freelancer.
The payments you make will not arrive directly with the freelancer. The freelancer-portal platform will receive the amount and pay it to the freelancer deducted from a 3% commission on the price validated to carry out your project, with a minimum of $ 3 flat rate.

If so, bid and try to get favors from the employer.
